Course description

Are you curious about how the brain changes as we age? Usually changes in our brain and behaviour fall within the normal realm of aging, however sometimes people experience change beyond healthy aging. This course will highlight the effects of aging on our brain and our behaviours. It will also address how recent advances in neuroimaging techniques can be applied to the study of normal brain changes in aging as well as changes experienced with dementia, such as Alzheimer’s Disease.
