8:00 – 8:30 am | Arriving on Campus
UVic staff (Cultural Assistants – CAs) will be at the main bus stop to direct you to the Continuing Studies Building (CST).
Meet in Testing Groups for Writing Sample Tests
Testing Group locations for your first day will be available at 8:00 pm on Friday, February 28 at Monthly English Programs – First Day Locations.

Please join us for a game of Bingo. Learn about resources and enjoy some coffee and muffins in the CST Atrium.
10:30 am – 12:30 pm | Speak Tests and Campus Tours with CAs
Speak Test times will be assigned by the instructors. Campus Tours will be led by CAs.
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm | Lunch Break
1:15 pm | Meet in CST Atrium
Meet CAs to walk to Student Union Building for Program and Homestay Orientations.
1:30 pm | Program Orientation and UMO bus pass set-up
Cinecenta, Student Union Building
2:30 pm | Homestay Orientation
Cinecenta, Student Union Building
3:30 pm | End of Day
CAs will be available to direct you to the bus stop to go home.
3:30 pm | Yasuda University Students. Walk with CAs back to the CST for a program meeting.
CST is the Continuing Studies building, home of the English Language Centre (ELC).
