8:00am – 8:30am | Arriving on Campus
UVic staff (Cultural Assistants – CAs) will be at the main bus stop to direct you to the Continuing Studies Building (CST).
Meet in Testing Groups for Writing Sample Tests
Testing Group locations for your first day will be available by 8:00pm on Friday, May 17 at Where to go on the first day.

9:15am | WELCome Event
CST Atrium
10:30am – 12:10pm | Speak Tests and Campus Tours with CAs
Speak Test times will be assigned by the instructors. Campus Tours will be led by CAs.
12:10pm – 1:00pm | Lunch Break
1:00pm – 3:00pm | Homestay Orientation, Program Orientation, UMO Orientation (and cake!)
3:00pm | End of Day
CAs will be available to direct you to the bus stop to go home.
CST is the Continuing Studies building, home of the English Language Centre (ELC).
