Age well at home with evidence-informed digital technology.
This course offers a practical overview of smart home tools, wearables, tele-health and safety devices that support independence, dignity and connection. Participants will see demonstrations, compare affordable options and receive checklists and resource guides.
We will also address privacy, consent and data sharing in plain language, and provide strategies for communicating effectively with clinicians and care teams.
Designed for older adults, family members, and caregivers—no prior technical experience required. Leave with a personalized action plan and the confidence to evaluate, adopt, and use AgeTech solutions that improve everyday life and community wellbeing.
This course is offered both online and face to face.
