Having the opportunity to listen to new perspectives from the international speakers, working through diverse concepts in the practicums, and being able to ask questions at any point was a great structure and enabled me to broaden my knowledge on modern trade, customs, and cross-border management practices. Making new, global connections with other students was a bonus! I highly recommend it.

The caliber of the speakers and sessions were top notch! The final session of week one [Artificial Intelligence and Customs] was exceptional.

It was so much more comprehensive [than other professional development training I’ve taken]. My experience with other professional development courses is that they’re sometimes too high-level/they lack detail as people’s experience varies, without an opportunity to delve into specifics. This had a good mix of both high-level introductory discussion and the opportunity to ask specific, pointed questions.
